For example  , Chinese poker is very popular , where you try to put together three strong combinations (one of 3 and two of 5 cards) using a total of 13 cards. Especially popular is Open Face Chinese poker, where these 13 cards are placed a little at a time.

On the basis of a probabilistic calculation (but not only) each player decides in turn the action to take in order to win the round (the hand) or to save money if this goal should seem unattainable. The game continues with the distribution of the community cards or the 5 cards that will be discovered in the center of the table and that all players can use to form their hand (the combination of 5 cards).
